Garlic Workshop – Scheduled!

We will be offering a Garlic Workshop at our farm located near Rockland, Ontario on Sunday October 22nd 2023 from 1pm to 3pm. This workshop will cover a number of topics and will include a hands-on sections and end with you planting cloves of garlic. This presentation will be given in English with a bi-lingual presenter. The topics covered in the workshop will be the following:

• What is Garlic/use/benefits
• Choosing your type/strain
• Planning your planting (hands on)
• Planting/material (hands on)
• Plot maintenance
• Harvesting
• Curing and Storage

   We will be delighted to have you join us for this event! The cost for the workshop is $60 per person, with a discount to $50 per person if you bring one or more individuals with you. Payment can be made at the time of event via cash, check, and e-transfer or prior to the event via e-transfer.
