Here we are again! Summer is cruising right along and the time to get our garlic out of the ground has come and gone. Our organic garlic is out and looking great!
We are very happy with our harvest with the majority of our Porcelain strains of garlic giving large and well formed bulbs. Our Marbled Purple Stripe strains have also given us a good collection of medium and large bulbs.
We are doing our best to dry them out and prepare them for sale (rain, rain, go away!), and are looking forward to being able to have them available for purchase towards the end of this month. We will be at the Original Navan Market on August 23 from 10am to 2pm as well as a pre-market opportunity for all of our clients on our email list.
